李非凡,男,台湾台北人,理学博士。2005年8月毕业于台湾新竹交通大学物理研究所,获得理学博士学位。2007年8月至2017年11月先后在台湾大学物理系和台湾新竹交通大学物理所做博士后。2017年12月至澳门8858cc永利集团工作。主要从事粒子天体物理和高能物理理论的研究,发表SCI论文10余篇。
